AnimeGAN是人臉卡通化工具

簡介：也不光支援人臉的卡通化，整個影象也可以，但是效果不太可控，建議清晰的人臉做測試。目前已經有了V2和V3版本（不過v3沒有開源，只有可執行檔案）
